As a small boutique, every order means so much to us. To keep offering unique styles at great prices, we're unable to offer refunds for changes of mind or personal fit preferences.

However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, and we're always happy to help!

Exchanges & Store Credit

We are happy to consider exchanges or store credit on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval.

Please contact us before sending any items back.

Approved exchange items must be shipped within 7 business days of delivery and meet the following conditions:

Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
Original packaging must be included.
Items must be free of perfume, smoke, or other odors.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for discretionary exchanges.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
